As the rain comes and snow begins to melt, flooding basements, parking areas, and landscaping may be endangered if not not inspected properly.   These essential items should be checked as the spring months begin. 1. Inspect your sump pump and discharge line to be working properly and free of obstacles 2. Be sure all  window wells,  drains,  storm sewers,  and catch basins  are free of leaves and other debris 3.
